What Inspires Me

The work I do is deeply rooted in my understanding of and passion for the neurodivergent community. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals to help them embrace their strengths and navigate challenges. My journey began with volunteering as an advocate for autistic individuals, where I discovered the power of creating spaces where people feel valued and understood. Over the years, I’ve taken on roles ranging from managing services to offering one-on-one coaching, always with the goal of empowering others to live authentically.

This work is personal to me, too. As part of a neurodivergent family, I’ve experienced firsthand the joys and challenges that come with different ways of thinking and being. These experiences inspire me every day and drive my commitment to providing coaching that truly makes a difference.

Key Milestones

My passion for creating meaningful change has shaped every stage of my career. Here are some key moments that have defined my journey:

  • Building Workplace Inclusion: My work in employment services gave me insight into barriers neurodivergent people face at work, inspiring systemic change.
  • Developing 1:1 Coaching Expertise: Working directly with clients has been the most rewarding part of my journey, promoting growth through tailored strategies.
  • Collaborating with Organisations: From the NHS to private corporations, I’ve worked to embed inclusive practices and promote awareness.
