I’m really enjoying how our sessions flow naturally; they’re always productive and encouraging. I feel I can be honest with Alex and build a strong, supportive rapport in our work together.

The coaching is helping me with specific areas of my working life, and it’s also supporting parts of my personal life that impact how I show up at work.

Alex is very practical with his resources, and I feel like he’s setting me up to manage things independently. At the same time, I always feel I can reach out and be honest if I need reassurance about something specific.

You have so much to offer. Let’s make sure the world sees it.

For many neurodivergent people, traditional career advice feels like it was written for someone else. You’re told to “just be confident,” “sell yourself,” or “push through,” even when the systems around you don’t support how your brain works.

It’s easy to feel stuck, whether you’re unsure what’s next, questioning your place, or simply exhausted from trying to keep up.

You’re not the problem. The way we define success often fails to reflect neurodivergent strengths.

At Connect Coaching, I offer personalised career support that starts with how you think, feel, and work best. Together, we’ll explore what energises you, where your strengths lie, and what kind of environment actually allows you to do well without compromising who you are.

We’ll clarify your values, build a career plan that works for you, and give you the tools to present yourself with confidence. Whether you’re early in your career, planning a change, or stepping into something bigger, I’ll help you move forward with clarity and support.

This isn’t about pretending to be someone else. It’s about being recognised for who you already are and where you want to go.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can benefit from Career Coaching?

Career coaching is for anyone navigating their work life - whether you're just starting out, considering a change, or looking to grow in your current role. If you want more clarity, direction, or support reaching your goals, this coaching can help.

What does the career assessment involve?

The career assessment is a personalised, collaborative process. It helps you get clear on your strengths, interests, values, and goals. We’ll use a mix of self-reflection exercises, optional questionnaires, and one-to-one conversations to guide the career strategy we build together.

How will the coaching sessions be structured?

Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, depending on what works best for you. They take place on Zoom, or can be in person if you're based in East London. Each session is tailored to your current goals and challenges, combining practical planning, skill-building, and accountability. You’ll leave with clear, achievable next steps.

How long does it take to see results from career coaching?

That depends on your goals and how much time and energy you’re able to commit. Some clients see progress in just a few weeks, especially with focused goals like interview preparation or updating a CV. Bigger transitions, such as a career change, usually take longer. We’ll agree on realistic timelines and milestones so you know what to expect and can track your progress.

Can you help with my CV and LinkedIn profile?

Yes, CV and LinkedIn support is a core part of this coaching. We’ll work together to highlight your strengths, experiences, and potential in a way that feels authentic and helps you stand out to employers and recruiters.

What kind of ongoing support is available after the initial coaching sessions?

After your initial coaching programme, you’ll have the option for ongoing support. This could include regular check-ins, ad-hoc follow-up sessions, or continued access to tools and resources. The aim is to help you stay focused, confident, and supported as your career continues to develop.
