I’m currently exploring small, structured group coaching spaces for neurodivergent adults.
These would not be open support groups or unstructured sharing sessions. They would be focused, practical spaces with clear themes, gentle structure, and room for reflection.
Before I shape anything formally, I want to understand what people would actually find useful.
If group coaching feels like something that might support you, please complete the short form below. This does not commit you to anything. It simply helps me gauge interest and understand what themes matter most.
If I move forward with this, the groups would be:
-Small in size
-Structured and theme-led
-Practical as well as reflective
-Grounded in neurodivergent experience
-A calm and respectful space
Likely themes might include things such as energy management, executive functioning, workplace adjustments, confidence, emotional regulation, and navigating professional environments as a neurodivergent person.
Your input will help shape the direction.
Please complete the form below to let me know:
-Whether you would be interested
-What themes you would want covered
-What frequency might work for you
I’ll review responses and share next steps once I have a clearer sense of shape and demand.
